Ever since I can remember, I have always loved art. I found artistic expression to be a
close friend. Art is as part of me as breathing. Although many people go through life
without a sense of place or purpose, I am blessed to know who I am and where I am going. This knowledge serves as an inspiration, a challenge, and a resolve, sinc
many times the call of an artist takes one onto pathways that are different from the
norm. Somewhere along the way, I learned that being one's own person is a
requirement if one is to enjoy a happy, productive, and rewarding life.
